Short Review: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows I
Yesterday we looked at Harry Potter 7, Part 1. Since I'm too tired and too lazy but a yard-long review to write, and many people, the content anyway likely to be well known, here a short review:
The film is, like all the Harry Potter movies, very well equipped: it comes up with a huge celebrity Neten cast, brilliant effects and settings, create mood through a gloomy atmosphere (thanks to the already in the predecessors for use anywhere Color reduction and an increased level of explicit violence (well see, you actually won anything, what upset really but can be rather pleased with well-made allusions)), but above all he has of course a brilliant presentation of the cult author JK Rowling. At this, the strip also holds a large extent, even when some elements slightly shifted in time and / or significantly simplified and reduced to dargestwellt.
Too bad that just below the power flow here and there, but suffers, because a consistent curve, which is heading towards a climax, there is not unfortunately. There are more single spikes that keep the audience happy and make schonmal feel like part 2 (to be).
Overall, I think the decision to split the contents somewhere understand, now, not only from an economic point of view of Warner Bros., but also in terms of just the complexity of the overall plot. You can not just a long, complex body of work easily and especially not convert 1:1 into a movie. Nevertheless, it would have the story of the film really does not hurt to concede the main characters a bit more knowledge in the book as it also is actually the case. On many things are the three easy or do not appear until later, so their ideas sometimes like filler. This is now dramatically decrease but basically no criticism, because the film is still logical and set the cut at the end well, so that the second part gets a good starting point.
gets all in all Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 1) I is 3.5 out of 5 points, as the movie is really well done and even (or especially?) For people who have not read the book, well worth seeing .
